Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to make a return. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

There is no restocking fee

PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

Products damaged during transport will be replaced free of charge. If your product arrives damaged, we will promptly ship a new package.

RETURN PACKAGE

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The package must be shipped with tracking so that receipt can be confirmed. The package must be returned by post.

Once receipt of the package is confirmed, the total amount of the order will be refunded and will appear on your statement within 4-5 business days.

EXCEPTIONS

Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded. If the product arrives damaged, we will refund or replace it.

If you are ever not satisfied with your customized product, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will do our best to find the best solution.

Digital downloadable products cannot be returned or refunded.

All purchases of digital products are final.

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. For this reason, refund or cancellation requests cannot be accepted for the following products:

-Printable Adult Coloring Pages
-Crochet Patterns
-Printable Wall Art
-Personalized Digital Portraits

* Cancellation requests are not possible for digital downloadable products.

LOST PACKAGES, THEFTS AND FAILED DELIVERIES

In the event of loss of a package by the carrier (La Poste, BPost, Swiss Post), or if it is returned to the sender for an unknown reason, a new package will be sent quickly at our expense.
